ALLURE MARKETNG SERVICES
Vision: Helping clients discover how best to delight their customers!
Mark Rogers did what thousands had done before: Walked out of an almost secure environment of a well-established MNC into a world characterized by huge uncertainties, and personal responsibilities – the world of an entrepreneurial small enterprise.
The reasons he gave for doing what he did are fairly the same as offered by the promoter of similar initiatives, down the ages.
- Being independent, being one's own boss - wanting the control and freedom to make one's own decisions or rules.
- Seizing a good idea, an opportunity of potential.
- Wanting to achieve financial security to have the surplus to spend on activities/causes close to one's heart; have a satisfying lifestyle
Given his professional background and competencies, promoting an advertising company was something quite natural to him. Thus was born Allure Marketing in 2009.

Mark was lucky to have a brother, Tim Rogers, who shared his vision and a very supportive and professionally competent wife, Ruth Rogers. Allure Marketing, a privately owned company, is almost a family enterprise, in the sense that its ownership and major decision-making were with these three people. Mark is the CEO and Tim is Vice President (Marketing and Consumer Relations). Ruth looks after finance, accounting and administration with the designation General Manager. The day-to-day operations are handled by another General Manager, Mike Yates.
AMS is a nearly full-service agency with clients in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Illinois. It has working arrangements with other service providers so that clients get the full support for their requirements. AMS focuses on relatively small clients who are ignored by large advertising agencies. Retailers, professional training centers and for-profit educational centers accounts for most of Allure's client base.
The growth of AMS has been on a measured pace. From about 5 people in 2009, the professional strength of the company today is 15 and with an annual revenue of close to $4 million. Recently it acquired a manufacturing firm providing screen-printing services to strengthen its Graphics Design Group, which utilizes many interns from an Arts School nearby.
Mark wants Allure Marketing to grow into a $25 million company by 2017.
