A student stops showing up to school, and the reporting process that follows — handled the way it actually happens, not the way a test would grade it.
Built for social work students and practicing social workers alike — Forecast trades multiple choice for the same messy judgment calls the job actually requires.
No Right Answer. Just a Real One.
Do the work of a district social worker handling a student who has stopped showing up for school. There’s no test answer waiting underneath the case — just the reporting process, the conversations, and the judgment calls a real social worker has to make with incomplete information and a kid’s actual situation on the line. Trauma-informed response stops being a clean concept from a textbook and becomes something the player has to work through in real time — the same gray area a real social worker lives in every day.
The job is never black-and-white. Neither is this.

Trauma-Informed Response
It’s already working — bring it to your class.
Forecast isn’t something you pick up on your own — we build it alongside the social work programs and practitioners who use it. It’s already in use training social work students and practicing professionals in trauma-informed response. Interested in bringing it to your program? Reach out and we’ll talk about what that looks like.
