The humans behind Adroit.
You probably don’t remember your third grade social studies textbook. But you remember Oregon Trail and Carmen Sandiego. Those hours of Math Blaster, multiplying at warp speed to blast space junk out of the sky.
Games have always had a way of making things stick. The people behind Adroit Studios didn’t just notice that — we plant our flag on it.
Serious About Play
Designers, developers, artists, and researchers from across the country have found their way here, drawn by work that sits at the intersection of rigorous and genuinely fun. We’re the kind of people who get excited pulling a problem apart, who teach each other constantly and without thinking about it, and who will absolutely blow something up just to see if we can build it back better.
Building educational games is what we do. It’s what we’re good at, and it happens to be exactly what we’d choose to be doing anyway.
We’re on a group mission.
Bad graphics pull players out of the experience before the learning ever has a chance to kick in. A glitchy game doesn’t get a second chance — players quit and don’t come back. And the most brilliantly designed game in the world means nothing if it never makes it out the door. It takes every one of us to make it happen.
The crew behind the quest.

Producer
Research and administration experts, project principal investigators. Producers keep the mission on track.

Artist
Concept artists, 3D modelers, animators, and graphic artists. Artists bring the world to life.

Designer
Level and quest designers, writers, and quality assurance experts. Designers shape the experience.

Developer
C#, gameplay, and data analysis programmers. Developers make it run.
