A 100+ question intake survey, replaced by a short conversation with an alien who’s curious about Earth.
Built with Kale Monk and Amber Vennum’s research at Kansas State, Relevate gets the same critical information a long intake form does — patients just finish it.
A Conversation, Not a Form
SmiggleFord, an alien trying to understand life on Earth, asks patients to answer his questions about their relationships. Relevate replaces intimidating writing-intensive intake forms with a short conversation with a curious alien. Patients make it to the end, and therapists get the information they need before the first session even starts.

Status: Paused
Relevate’s development paused at roughly 80% complete. The core conversation with SmiggleFord works; what’s left is finishing the intake coverage and bringing it fully into practice.

We still believe in what Relevate could be. If you’re a therapist, practice, or counseling program interested in bringing Relevate to your patients — or interested in helping fund the rest of its development — reach out and we’ll talk about what that looks like.
